Running Jobs Manually
Once you create a job definition, you should start the job manually and run the job in full at least once, to make sure you are getting the expected results. Once you are satisfied with the results, you can set up the job to run automatically, either by schedule or frequency.
To run a job manually:
- Right-click a job in the Bentley iCS for PDF Browser and select:
- If you selected to run the job in full, click Yes in the confirmation window that opens. The confirmation window lets you know that running the job in full will delete all current history for the job and also regenerate all renditions.
The job starts, and the Job Monitor opens (if it is not already open) to show the job's progress and status.
